Review: Horsebox on September 30, 2010

The HorseBox is a great bar.  It's a lot of fun in a low-key, laid back atmosphere.  Located in the East Village, it's a great neighborhood bar.  There's no food served, but there are plenty of places close by to order from, or pick food up.

The bar is pretty spacious, with lots of great spots to chill out along the walls.  There's also a dart board, if you're any good at throwing darts.  This would be a great spot for groups, or even a party.

The happy hour specials were pretty awesome...and until 8pm.  And the bartenders were quiteskilled, mixing a very good drink.  :)

Our group was very upbeat that night, with lots of laughs and giggles.

saving a drink for a late arrival!
Better late than never!
The bartender was really very friendly, and so nice that he got everyone left in the bar pizza at the end of the night!!!!

Pizza...a fabulous way to end the night.

awesome bartender!
Overall, we had a great time, and would certainly visit the HorseBox again.
